Data we process

Logis processes names, phone numbers, email addresses, company and account details, shipment, billing, payment, messaging and support records. Driver data includes location during active trips, proof-of-delivery (POD) photos and recipient names, and device identifiers or push tokens when enabled. Logis does not request location tracking outside active trips.

Purposes and legal basis

Purposes include account management, transport and subscription contracts, dispatch, tracking, delivery evidence, notifications, payment and invoicing, security and dispute resolution. Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent and disable device permissions for location, photos and notifications; this may affect trip features.

Sharing and protection

Necessary data is shared with the shipper, carrier and driver involved, hosting, payment, maps, notification and support processors, and competent authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited by need. Processing or transfers outside Saudi Arabia are subject to applicable PDPL requirements and safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while needed for service and erased or anonymized when its purpose ends, subject to legal retention. Deletion removes profile identifiers and push tokens and blocks access. Shipment records, POD and related communications remain as needed for rights and disputes. VAT invoices and tax records are generally retained for at least six years after the relevant tax period ends, and longer where law or disputes require. Restricted backups may persist until rotation; restoration must preserve account deletion status.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, access, a copy, correction, completion and destruction of your data, and withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal exceptions and others’ rights.
